Iblard Jikan ( Iblard Time)
Iblard Jikan is a Japanese anime short film produced by Studio Ghibli. The story is set in the imaginary world of Iblard, originally depicted in paintings by Inoue. The paintings of Iblard also inspired the fantasy sequences of Ghibli's Wishper of the Heart - which I quite like (source: Wikipedia)

The movie focuses mainly on several wicked, extremely breathtaking scenes of Iblard, though it tries not to terrify some people who have the tendency to be afraid of deserted places and large spaces by featuring the appearance of some citizens in Iblard now and then. Still, I find the movie much more impressive without the "intrusion" of human beings, which might help completely give the feelings of a celestial and peaceful place no one can resist visiting.
To be honest, those scenes having the automatic train going back and forth always succeed in giving me goosebumps every single time I watch them. It may be a little bit weird that I constantly have a thing for trains since I was a child, I love everything related to trains or railroad.
As usual, Ghibli cannot forget to bewitch its audiences by music and sound effects. I'm totally addicted to Iblard Jikan's OSTs. Listen and feel it yourself.
